Service Description
This fee includes unlimited research into all available properties, location evaluation, showings of any properties you wish to see, lease negotiations, final walkthroughs before moving in, key pickup if you’re not here, assistance with opening a bank account, setting up your utilities, getting a Spanish phone number, internet and any translations needed by you. Refunds not available after payment of this service.
Cancellation Policy
FOR COMPREHENSIVE PACKAGE ONLY: A consultative fee of 250 EUROS is payable before the first session. A balance of 1% of your final purchase price is due after the acceptance of your purchase agreement. Real estate commission payable to your real estate agent, taxes and closing fees are not included in my fees. Tax and legal advice is not included in my services (referrals are available upon request).
