Service Description

With over 30 years of real estate experience and an international move to Spain under my belt, I will provide you with invaluable do's and dont's when buying real estate as an expatriate. We will discuss what is needed to purchase a home in Spain, finance options (if needed) and different barrios (neighborhoods) in Valencia. Once you have a complete understanding, I can then refer you to a real estate agent in Valencia should you not have one.

Cancellation Policy

FOR COMPREHENSIVE PACKAGE ONLY: A consultative fee of 250 EUROS is payable before the first session. A balance of 1% of your final purchase price is due after the acceptance of your purchase agreement. Real estate commission payable to your real estate agent, taxes and closing fees are not included in my fees. Tax and legal advice is not included in my services (referrals are available upon request).
