We are dedicated buyer’s agents who will work to represent you and only you! Buyer’s commission is 3%. In Valencia, all buyers pay 3% whether it is us, our competitors or if you buy through the seller’s agent

Cancellation Policy

FOR COMPREHENSIVE PACKAGE ONLY: A consultative fee of 250 EUROS is payable before the first session. A balance of 1% of your final purchase price is due after the acceptance of your purchase agreement. Real estate commission payable to your real estate agent, taxes and closing fees are not included in my fees. Tax and legal advice is not included in my services (referrals are available upon request).
